Laser sheet cutting machine may also encounter when cutting stainless steel: when cutting the slag on the near-end side, you can check whether the gas supply from the gas source is defective and the gas flow rate cannot keep up.

Laser sheet cutting machine generally encounters problems when cutting carbon steel: The thin section is not bright enough, and the thick section is rough.

 

Generally speaking, the brightness of 1000W laser-cut carbon steel does not exceed 4mm, 2000W is 6mm, and 3000W is 8mm.

The part you want to cut must first be a good board with no rust on the surface and no oxidized paint, followed by a high oxygen purity of at least 99.5% or more. The things to pay attention to in cutting are: Double-layer 1.0 or 1.2 with a small cutting nozzle. The cutting speed needs to exceed 2m/min. The cutting air pressure should not be too large.

 

If you want the laser sheet cutting machine to cut the thick plate part, the quality is good. First of all, you must ensure that the purity of the plate and gas is closely followed. The larger the aperture selected by the cutting port, the better the cross-section quality, but at the same time the cross-section taper will be greater.
